Terms & Limitations of The Plan: This is a non-refundable, non-transferrable dental discount plan offered exclusively by and honored by Neville Dental Studio. It is NOT dental insurance, and CANNOT be combined with any other dental insurance or offers. Therefore, if you are referred to a specialist, this offer will not apply. The dental discount plan is not applicable for purchasing dental products such as prescription toothpaste or whitening products. Due to 3rd party/processing fees, some other items are not included, such as Implants, Invisalign®, or full-mouth rehabilitation.
